Dharamshala: Though Political slugfest has put question mark of HPCA headed by Anurag Thakur, the Himachal Cricket team seems to be doing well. In a match against Goa at Dharamshala cricket ground, the team managed to score 543 runs.

Senior campaigner Paras Dogra played another good inning and took team out from early damage and with the end of second day of match he is unbeaten on 208 in 344 balls. He hit 26 boundaries and one maximum. Earlier today morning, Himachal team started playing their overnight score of 137 on 2 and started positively. Paras Dogra and Abhinav Bali took score to 197, but Bali Jakati managed to fox Bali with his spin, he made impressive 73 in 102 balls.

Dogra and Amit Kumar took score-board to 251, but Amit failed to read the spin of Jakati and gave simple catch to Bandekar. Amit was Jakati’s second wocket. Than IPL fame Rishi Dhawan came into the action and scored impressive 89 in just 92 balls. Dhawan wicket was taken by Bandekar. He managed to form 160 runs partnership with Dogra and took scoreboard to 411. With the formidable runs on the board, new batsman Bipul Sharma took no time settle and started playing freely. He is playing at 86 in just 74 balls. He hit eight boundaries and four maximum.
