Bilaspur Vyapar mandal proposed a day band from 9 AM to 12 noon and protested against the government and carried a protest rally from Laxmi Narayan Temple to DC office. Aggrieved people were demanding for the better settlement for the dam affected people. They submitted their memorandum to CM through DC Bilaspur.
