A Fast Track Court has found Kamal Nand guilty of killing his wife, sentencing him for life imprisonment and Rupees 10,000 cash punishment. The accused was convicted under IPC section 302. Kamal Nath, a Theog resident had killed his wife last year when she asked him to give up his drinking habit. Outraged he shot her and she died on the spot. The couple had 2 sons from 22 years of marriage.
