It’s being reported on CNN-IBN that Tibetan refugee are buying land illegally in the state. Refugee Monks are forging papers with misrepresenting facts. Only the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government in Exile have rights to own land in Himachal, but several Tibetans are buying land in the state. The scam of land grabbing is widening day-by-day and the Karmapa episode is seemingly a part of the same.
