Congress general secretary blames government for misleading people, demands White Paper on Central funds

After PCC President Allegations on ruling BJP, general secretary of the congress Kuldeep Rathore demanded a White Paper from the Dhumal led government on the funds received from the Centre under various scheme over the past three years. He said it in the press conference in Shimla. He also blames state government for not taking any concrete step to raise the resources. Rathore said that government is just misleading people and doing nothing for the state. He alleges that government is just trying to take the credit of the UPA government’s effort.
