Amidst the daily increasing traffic and fewer parking spaces in Shimla, Himachal government is planning to develop five more parking slots for which detailed plan was being formulated. Chief Minister said it and added that it was during their earlier tenure that a spacious parking was developed on the Cart road close to High Court complex which had facilitated parking of large number of vehicles. He said that efforts were afoot to develop five more such slots in the town to create more parking spaces in the town. He said that developing High Court into a self-contained complex all possible help was being extended by the State Government to facilitate legal fraternity carry forward with their duties conveniently. Prof. Dhumal said that since the legal fraternity was engaged in the service of common man to help them obtain justice in different courts of law and were rendering yeoman service towards the public in general. He said that it was the endeavor of the State to create congenial atmosphere and working conditions to facilitate their functioning. He added that the new complex would add to the beauty of the town since the complex would be coming up in a most impressive way. He said that there would not be any delay on the part of the State Government and all possible assistance would be extended for early completion of the proposed complex.
