Ghumarwin Police claimed to have busted an inter-distt., racket supplying illicit liquor with the arrest of one person and seized 25 Boxes of Country made liquor.

Khurd, district hamirpur after police intercepted vehicle and checked them. “He tried to run away to evade the arrest but the alert team members immediately over powered them after chasing them” a senior police official said.
He said the accused were carrying 25 boxes of Desi Brand of illicit liquor in the maruti car for
supply in various parts of Ghumarwin. “During the course of further investigation, it was revealed that accused belonged to wider network of inter distt. racket indulging in supply of illicit liquor,” the official said
