Revenue Minister stated that about 42 cases of benami land deal have been reported over the past three years. 10 of them are exposes the Tibetans refugee involvement in it. Apart from it Tibetans were also involved in the 234 cases of encroachment of government land as 145 cases exposes in Shimla, 88 to Kullu and one to Mandi. The issue of benami (illegal) land scam is getting bigger by the day passes and after Tibetans involvement, now other outsiders’ deals are cropping up.
