Hitting hard on the political rivals and opposition over the alleged failure of Anti Hail Guns results, Horticulture Minister Narinder Bragta said that the Installation of Anti Hail Guns is in itself a success. He added that department is carrying out a trial of the device on pilot project basis and he termed it successful. He said that if any project scores 9 out 10 marks it’s not failed. Bragta alleges that some people haulage a malicious campaign against it and trying to cash it politically.
