The Kinnaur district is cut off from Shimla due to massive landslides at Nathpa village located on the border of Kinnaur district triggered by heavy rainfall in the region over the past few days. It is learned that thousands of are stranded on the highway. Official assures that highway will open in day or two. This is the only road that connect Kinnaur and Spiti Valley from Shimla.
