H.P. State Red Cross Hospital Welfare Section will organise State level Red Cross Fair on 11th June, 2011 at Ridge Maidan Shimla. Governor Urmila Singh will inaugurate the Fair. Cultural Programme, Baby Show, Flower Show, Fancy Dress Competition will be the main highlights and various stalls will be put up on the occasion.
