A Govt. Spokesman said that considering various CWPs /OAs and other similar cases regarding seniority of Principals School Cadre (Lecturer) which were lying pending with/field in the High Court/ the then State Administrative Tribunal and directions issued in this context from time to time by the Court, the Government has drawn revised tentative seniority list upto 31-12-2006. He said that the seniority list is circulated by superceeding the seniority list circulated vide this Department Notification. EDN-A(Kha)15-1/2006 dated 9-10-2006.
Spokesman further said that in case any of the affected person, intends to represent against this seniority list, he could send the representation to the Special Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, H.P. Secretariat, Shimla, within a period of 30 days and after there no such representation shall be entertained.
