Ashadeep, a Shimla based NGO celebrates Diwali with the children of Kasturba Gandhi Bal Ashram Shimla. The ashram inmates and members of Ashadeep first lighted candles together enjoyed fire works and had sumptuous meals prepared in the ashram kitchen. Septuagenarian Dr. Prem Lata Gandhi, incharge Ashram, shared her cherished memories of the days when she joined Venoba Bhave who used to teach her sanskrit in his free time.
