A spokesman of the State Government said here today that by-election to PRIs would be held on 30th November, 2011 except in districts Solan and Lahaul-Spiti. He said that under Section 135-B of Representation of People Act, 1951 every person employed in any business, trade, industrial undertaking or any other establishment and entitled to vote would be granted holiday on the date of poll i.e. 30th November, 2011.
