Even 279 offenders are dodging State Police from last five years.

Una topped the chart as it has 159 proclaimed offenders. Kangra, the largest district of the state, had 155 proclaimed offenders followed by Solan (118), Mandi (88), Sirmaur (47), Hamirpur (37), Chamba (36), Kullu and Bilaspur (34 each).
