17 labourers and officials of General Reserve Engineering Force (GREF) were killed in an accident in district Kinnaur. Chief Minister expressed grief over the death, in his condolence message he prayed the Almighty to give peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved family members to bear the irreparable loss. Tejwant Negi, MLA Kinnaur also expressed grief over the incident.
