Youth Congress leader Raghubir Bali tied the nuptial knot with bride Bhumika on 15th February in a grand ceremony in Nagrota Bagwan. The high profile wedding drew the whos who from the state and the country, with many well-known personalities in attendance.
Numerous politicians from both, the Congress and the BJP, HPPCC president Kaul Singh, ministers from the central government, and present and former MLAs graced the occasion with their presence.
Celebrities and Bollywood personalities also made an appearance, with singer Mika Singh taking the front row.
