Himachal Pradesh Government has ordered the promotion of Ajay Mittal, IAS and Dr. P.C. Kapoor, IAS as Additional Chief Secretary with immediate effect. They will continue to hold the charge of the departments already held by them as Principal Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
