After receiving letter from the center authority, MC Shimla has directed its final bidder to install four barriers on the major points of Shimla and after Monday meeting final date to extract tax from outside vehicles will be announced. Rates of tax vary from Rs. 100 to 500 and every vehicle, which has registration number outside state, will have to pay it. Paid tax will be valid for one week.
