Rajiv Jamwal to fight assembly election from Palampur on Trinamool Congress ticket

Noted activist from Palampur Rajiv Jamwal has announced to fight election from Palampur assembly segment. Rajiv Jamwal will be Trinamool Congress candidate in the forthcoming election. Rajiv Jamwal is best known for his crusade against corruption in the state and to bolster Anna led movement to implement the effective Lokpal Bill, Jamwal has hold hunger strike in Palampur city.

To bolster his chances in the assembly poll, Rajiv Jamwal has started his campaign. He is organising small meetings in Palampur and propagating the notion of clean politics in the coming poll. He declared that Trinamool Congress will fight on all assembly seats and hoping to emerge as a potential political alternative along with Congress and BJP in Himachal Pradesh. He alleged that in the last 50 years, both congress and BJP have failed to develop state and many times its leaders were exposed to the corruption charges. Jamwal said that time has come to teach corrupt politicians bitter lesson and honest people should be given chance to spur the growth of the state.
