BJP workers demands to change candidate from Badsar

A section of the BJP leadership has demanded to change the ticket for Badsar assembly segment, which is represented by three times MLA Baldev Sharma.

BJYM national secretary and in charge of Punjab affairs Rakesh Kumar ‘Babli’ with other dozen of BJP office-bearers and elected representatives of panchayats demanded the replacement of Baldev Sharma. While interacting with the mediapersons they said that have made BJP leadership aware that to win Badsar Assembly constituency party will have to change the party candidate. They also threaten to vote against BJP if party named him official candidate this time.

They claimed that since Baldev’s home had been merged in the Nadaun Assembly constituency, he no longer holds claim for the BJP ticket from the Badsar constituency.
