The national vice-president of the BJP, Shanta Kumar, has written to Arvind Kejriwal to probe the property acquired by Robert Vadra in Himachal Pradesh. He also demanded a judicial inquiry into the allegations levelled by Kejriwal against Vadra.

In a press communiqué, Shanta Kumar claimed that Vadra had acquired property worth crores in Shimla. It was surprising that Vadra’s fortune rose from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 300 crore in a few years. BJP senior leader alleged that this was possible only with the influence of the first family of the Congress.

Shanta Kumar stated that in last decade, the difference between the rich and the poor had increased to such an extent that it was threatening the stability of the country.
