HPCC president Virbhadra Singh adopted an aggressive posture and charged that Chief Minister Dhumal and his certain ministerial had looted the state’s wealth for the past nearly five years.

Addressing three rallies at Baldwara, Dharampur and Jogindernagar in support of Congress candidates Rangila Ram Rao, Chander Shekhar and Surinderpal, Virbhadra ruled out all allegations against him and stated that his 50 years in public life was like an open book.

In his public address, Singh accused BJP’s father-son duo, including ministers, pursued only one agenda of looting the state wealth. He slammed BJP’s senior national leader Arun Jaitley and Dhumal, who have given statements against him over the alleged “VBS-Ispat case”, and alleged that all such political vendetta is only to defame him at poll time.

He alleged that BJP campaigner has lost there ways, ruling party’s always talk about their development work of their tenure to woo voters, but this Dhumal led BJP has initiated ‘character assassination’ of their political rival to gain cheap publicity. He alleged that issues of development are away from BJP campaign and that is solely bank upon the unsavory languages. He dared BJP leaders to explain reason behind the condition of roads in state. Singh stated that there are no doctors in hospitals and no teachers in schools and need dire attention to sort them out.

He said that people of Himachal know the truth and they give befitting reply on November 4. Singh said that electorates of Himachal Pradesh will send Dhumal back to Jalandhar on November 4.
