Former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has accused the Congress led state government of indulging in transfers of offices and officers during its current regime.

While talking to mediapersons at Hamirpur, Prem Kumar Dhumal said that the prime duty of any government is to provide a good governance and work for the betterment of the people, but the state government is just busy in transferring offices, officers and officials, which is not good.

Dhumal accused the Virbhadra Singh led government for shifting a few offices from Hamirpur and also raise apprehension of shifting Himachal Pradesh Technical University from here. We strongly objected it and asked Govt to rethink its decision before implementing it. He advised Congress government to start new projects instead of shifting offices.

Prem Kumar Dhumal also criticised the state government for changing names of different schemes initiated by the BJP government in the state and removing pictures of national leaders associated with the BJP from government offices.
