INTUC president Hardeep Bawa granted bail

State INTUC president Hardeep Singh Bawa was granted bail in a judicial court Kalka. He was produced in the court of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate. The defence councillor had submitted an application in court that the present case was false as no arms were recovered and a medical examination was not conducted. He also pointed out that two other accused in the present case had been acquitted.
