Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh assured the demand of deputation of Kasauli assembly constituency to open a Primary Health at Patta-Barawari in Kasauli assembly constituency which would cater to the health needs of around 25 thousand persons of five gram panchayats.

Chief Minister directed the Deputy Commissioner, Solan to submit report on revival of backward panchayats status to Pratha, Narayani and Banasar panchayats on the demand of the deputation. He also gave approval for upgradation of Rouri Middle School to High School and construction of Science Block of Government Senior Secondary School, Jabali for which Vimla Devi, a local resident, had offered one bigha of land. He also directed the Education Department to take up the matter with Army regarding maintaining status quo of government Girls High School, Subathu.

Virbhadra Singh also sanctioned mettling of Deothi-Delagi road and expansion of four kilometres of road length and cross drainage of Kath-Ka-Pul, Parwanoo via Chandrani Dhau-Ka Ghat Masulkhana. He directed the Irrigation and Public Health Department for augmentation of Banasar Water Supply Scheme.

He assured the deputation that their demands for opening of a Trauma Centre near Dharampur and Government Degree College at Kasauli would be considered sympathetically. He assured to upgrade Government Middle School, Gatogara to High School and Government High School Haripur to Government Senior Secondary School. He also asked the Health Department to submit report for upgrading the Ayurvedic dispensary, Garkhal to Hospital.

Chief Minister ordered vigilance inquiry into the incidence of Government Senior Secondary School Kand, where students were facing various kinds of problems due to dismantling of a portion of the School and directed to submit report within 15 days.

Pradesh Congress Committee Member Ramesh Chauhan led the deputation. Senior Congress leaders Ramesh Thakur, D.D Kashyap, Pradhans of various gram panchayats, BDC members and other people in large number were present on the occasion.
