Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh dedicated Charan Khad Bridge and Manjhi Khad Bridge on Dharamshala-Khaniyara road in Kangra district today.

Chief Minister said that these bridges would not only ease the traffic congestion in and around Dharamshala but would also provide best transportation services. He said that Dharamshala town was emerging as important township of the State and State Government was committed to its planned development. These bridges would facilitate the people of Upper Barol, Baralu, Sonkani-da-Kot, Chuhal and Thatari etc.

Later, Chief Minister dedicated Regional Centre of Himachal Pradesh University and Institute of Legal Studies at Khaniyara near Dharamshala, the foundation stone of which was laid by Virbhadra Singh in 2005.

Virbhadra Singh also dedicated Community Health Centre at Banuri near Palampur constructed at a cost of Rs. 88 lakh and newly constructed Police Station at Bhawarana constructed at a cost of Rs. 89 lakh.
