Theog police has registered a case under a Forest Act., against owners of Kufri Fun Campus for encroaching forest land illegally and constructing on the said land as well. In a FIR, Kufri Fun Campus owners were also accused for moving land mark fixed by public authority at Teer Mahasu, Rajinder Rakh, Kangar & Lambidhar near Fagu without due permission of Government.

Police has registered a case under IF Act & 434,447 IPC on the complaint of Parveen Kumar, Range Forest Officer Theog in District Shimla.

Earlier, in September 2013, Kufri Fun Campus, an amusement park, spread over 35 bigha, offers around 30 activities, including karting, adventure sports, indoor games, sky swinger (32 metres height), haunted house, 5-D theatre, frish bee ride, bungy ejection for adults, bungy trampoline, swing it ride, wave train for kids, mini skater, kangaroo jump, moon walker and striking car, etc., was opened for the general public.

On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer, Kufri Fun Campus, Baldev Thakur, has also detailed out the plan of expansion and announced to start unique helicopter services for local sightseeing in the future and to construct a luxurious hotel.
