Himachal Pradesh BJP leaving no stone unturned for the Feb. 16 Narender Modi’s Parivartan Rally at Sujanpur and making every effort to showcase the party’s strength in the state before the 2014 General elections. However, to counter Modi mania in state, state Congress is also holding rally at Haroli in Una district on the same day.

State BJP has already announced to make it biggest ever rally in the state and aiming to mobilise above two lakh people for it. To make Parivartan Rally a mega event party has launched a door-to-door process to mobilise people for the rally.

On the other hand Congress has also step to counter Narender Modi’s Parivartan Rally and announced to hold a rally at Haroli in Una district on the same day. District Congress has also launched a massive campaign to showcase party cadre strength in Hamirpur Parliamentary segment.

During his visit, Chief Minister will lay the foundation stones of schemes worth about Rs 350 crore. The CM will also lay the foundation stone of a Centre-sponsored Model Health Research Unit and a Mini Secretariat at Haroli, a bus stand at Dulehar, ESI Hospital and Labour Hostel at Tahliwal and a building of Industrial Training Institute at Pubowal.

BJP has an upper hand in Hamirpur Parliamentary segment and from past 15 years party has succeed to keep Congress away form here. Even in the Assembly election BJP had performed well and due to lackluster performance in Kangra Parliamentary, BJP lost Vidhan Sabha in the state.
