Although, Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha has adjourned sine die, yet opposition vows to continue their tirade against Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and decided to boycott him in person.

Prem Kumar Dhumal, leader of opposition announced it while interacting with media at Vidhan Sabha premises. Dhumal said that none of BJP legislature will attend the meeting and public rally of Chief Minister.

Dhumal said that opposition members had boycotted the house as the Chief Minister has made humiliating remarks and in-spite of apologizing they continue humiliating opposition members.

Leader of Opposition also ridicule the statement of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh that the government had put in efforts to persuade opposition. He claimed that the government has made no effort to end the stalemate. He clarified that the Chief Minister and Vidhan Sabha speaker hadn’t approach opposition to end stalemate and only parliamentary Affairs minister Mukesh Agnihotri telephonically contacted chief whip Suresh Bhardwaj about it.

Earlier today, the opposition BJP had again staged a protest within the Vidhan Sabha premises when the session was on. They raised slogans against Chief Minister and Congress led government and demanded clarification on the alleged involvement of Chief Minister in corruption charges.
