Himachal Pradesh BJP has complaint to Election Commission and raised strong objection over the hoardings and banners of Govt achievements visible on in the most parts of the state even after implementation of code of conduct.

BJP, in its written complaint to Election Commission, accused Congress led state government for violating code of conduct and inaugurating and laying foundation stone of developmental projects in the various parts of the state.

BJP claimed that Oscar Fernandes, Union Cabinet Minister for Transport, Road and Highways and Labour and Employment, had inaugurated under construction ESI medical college and even after implementation of code of conduct, Govt and its officials were present at the programme.

BJP also complaint for using Govt machineries and helicopter for ferrying Union Minister and Chief Minister, after the implementation of code of conduct. BJP claimed that the Chief Minister and his other cabinet colleagues didn’t removed red beacon from their vehicles, which is clear violation of poll code of conduct.

BJP has also accused the state government for transferring employees’ even after the implementation of code of conduct and demanded Election Commission to overrule the order. It also accused Anand Sharma, Union Cabinet Minister and Mukesh Agnihotri, Industry Minister for breaching the code of conduct by inaugurating projects after implementation of election code of conduct.

State BJP has demanded Election Commission to take note of the situation and take strong action against the Govt and erring officials.
