Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Accountant General informed here today that Annual Accounts Statements of GPF for the year 2013-14 of Himachal Pradesh Government employees have been made available on H.P. Government website in himkosh to the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers for distribution amongst the subscribers working under them.
He said that DDOs would have to follow the procedure for downloading the GPF statements in bulk for which first they may open the H.P. Government website and Click on Himkosh link thereafter GPF statement link. This link open the page of website of Accountant General and there was information for DDOs link thereafter fill in the column Treasury code, DDOs code, and password and click on login and download employees Annual GPF Statement.
AG also requested the DDOs to change this password for security purpose at their own level. He said that AG office has already issued password through separate letter to concerned DDOs. He said that if any DDO has not received the password he may contact on 0177-2651033.
He has also requested the subscribers to obtain their Annual Account Statements from the respective Drawing & Disbursing Officers and confirm that the balance shown therein were correct, or point out to the office of the Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla online in complaint box or through e-mail [email protected] or by making correspondence.
AG said that full particulars of such missing credits/ debits may be sent to the Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla duly certified by their Drawing & Disbursing Officers within three month i.e. by the end of October, 2014. The subscribers can also see their Annual GPF statements on website.
GPF subscribers who have not revised their nominations are also advised to do so promptly in their own interest through their DDOs keeping in view the Rule 5 and Rule 2 (c) (i) (ii) of G.P.F. (Central Services) Rules, 1960.
