The Chail Palace – Chail

Once a palace of the Maharaja of Patiala, currently known as the Chail Palace, this was built in 1981 and is spread over an area of 75 acres amid magnificent deodar forests. With a variety of cottages, suites and deluxe rooms, the hotel has a spacious conference hall with seating capacity of 75-100 people.

The Chail Palace hotel is connected by road. It is located at a distance of 45km from State capital Shimla via Kufri. It can also be approached via Khadaghat (on way from Chandigarh to Shimla). The nearest airports to the hotel are at Chandigarh and Shimla.

The Dhauladhar – Dharmashala

Built in a scenic location, in the heart of Dharamshala town, is The Dhauladhar hotel of Himachal Tourism. With mighty Dhauladhar range in its backdrop, the hotel offers a range of room options to its customers. The Hotel has a beautiful all wooden conference facility for 200 persons.
The Dhauladhar is easily approachable by road from Delhi and Shimla. The nearest airport is at Gaggal, 13 odd kms from the hotel. There is a broad gauge railway station 85km from Dharamshala in Pathankot.

The Club House – Dharmashala

The Club House located in the vicinity of His Holiness the Dalali Lama’s residence in Mcleodganj in Dharmashala is another HPTDC hotel with facilities to conduct meetings and conferences. The hotel has a conference hall with facility for 50 odd persons.

The Kunzum – Manali

There are many HPTDC hotels in Manali, but the most centrally located hotel is the Kunzum. Situated in the heart of the hill town, the hotel has complete facility to hold corporate meetings and conference. With a conference hall good to accommodate 70-80 persons, the hotel has premium and economy rooms.

The Kunzum can be reached by road easily from Delhi, Chandigarh and Shimla. The nearest airport to the hotel is at Bhunter some 50 km away.

The Tea Bud – Palampur

The red-brick HPTDC building, located just opposite the lush green tea gardens is the Tea Bud hotel. Situated in the finest part of the town, the hotel is surrounded by deodar and pine trees on three sides. The hotel makes for a great place for anyone seeking solitude. An ideal setting for meeting and conferences, the hotel has a conference room apt for 60 odd persons.

Palampur is approachable by road from Delhi, Chandigarh and Shimla. The nearest airport to the hotel is at Gaggal (Kangra) 37 km from Palampur.

The Manimahesh – Dalhousie

Set in an ideal location with snow clad mountains in the backdrop, the Manimahesh HPTDC hotel is named after the adobe of Lord Shiva [Mount Kailash-Manimahesh, visible from Dalhousie].
